My lovely capoeiristas!!

Thank you so much to be with me and appear in such a right moment of my life in China. Capoeira is like life philosophy which actually doesnt teach you what to do but leads you somehow into a right way.

And even though we dont know what is right or wrong way capoeira let me and us enjoy every moment with music and rhytm.

Answering on our dear contra mestre Cipo’s question what capoeira is for me us, I can say that its all about people and beautiful spirit. So, thanks to all people of our group, they supported me so much. Special appreciation our personal italian capoeira teacher Diego and capoeira guru Mandinga Cipo!

上海卡波耶拉巴西战舞特训及升级考试2010年通告

亲爱的朋友们：
我们的卡波耶拉巴西战舞升级考试与Batizado节将在九月份的10号（周五），11号（周六）和12号(周日)举行。

已经确认参加今年活动的贵宾包括：
- 我们的马赛洛大师，卡波耶拉曼丁加的创建者。
- Mestre Espirro Mirim, Cordao de Ouro Tucson
- Contra Mestre Espeto, Capoeira Forca da Arte Osaka
- Contra Mestre Cipó, Capoeira Mandinga Mexico Cuernavaca

活动日程安排：

周五 20:00-22:00，武夷路上的星之健身，特训
周六 11:00-18:00，武夷路上的星之健身，特训及升级考试
周六 20:00之后，在徐家汇的 Latina餐厅，庆祝聚会，（170人民币每人，随意自助餐）

费用：
卡波耶拉曼丁加的学员：人民币1000元，如果在8月31日前付款则优惠为900元
卡波耶拉练习者访客：人民币400元

在这里先引用lena最喜欢的一句口头禅做个主题，也是很舍不得她去瑞典的，尽管因为她这个几年前申请的研究生奖学金在若干年后都已经被遗忘的情况下居然还能有效的情况咂舌外，我们还是很为她开心的，毕竟新的环境新的学习一切都是新的(据说那边的男生都是高高白白滴，嘿嘿）其他没有什么，身体保重哦。。。。Olele…..还有还有，我们的大帅哥Esperto也要回墨西哥了，古人云：天下无不散之筵席。身体保重too，呵呵~~~
最近我们都为了一年一度的BATIZATO奋战呢，也是我和刁哥头回参加，OPA OPA

每次BATIZATO之前，大当家都会请一些contra mestre来上海给我们集训一下，这次是墨西哥的CIPO老师，老师会和我们讲很多capoeira的故事和为什么要做这个动作，这些动作名字的由来，感觉就像是capoeira的文化课，所以对我们这些不是特别了解capoeira历史的学生来说能够更多的了解capoeira还是很开心的，特别现在上海本地的学生越来越多了，也是很好的趋势啊，大家OPA OPA

9月11号在徐家汇的LATINA有我们的大型活动，会有很多表演呢，表演晚上9:20开始，晚餐时间每位170元随意吃，随后的PARTY时间还有2杯免费的特色饮料供应，这个是一般的顾客没有的哦，一定会很开心的。。。。

This weekend 3rd and 4th of July we will have a workshop with Instrutor Indio from Capoeira Axé Hong Kong.

Classes will be from 5:00pm to 7:00pm both on Saturday and Sunday, at our gym.

You can’t miss it!

Price: 150rmb for one class and 200rmb for two classes.

Starting from Saturday 12th of June, we will have class with Contra Mestre Carcará.

The schedule for the holidays is the following:
Saturday 12 – from 5:00pm to 7:00pm
Sunday 13 – from 7:00pm to 9:00/9:30pm
Monday 14 – from 7:00pm to 9:00/9:30pm
Tuesday 15 – from 7:00pm to 9:00/9:30pm

Wednesday16 the gym will be closed so the idea is to have some capoeira action in Zhongshan Park, otherwise we’ll need an indoor space where to train

Thursday 17 – from 8:00pm to 9:30pm: BEGINNER CLASS
Friday 18 – from 8:00pm to 9:30pm: INTERMEDIATE CLASS
Saturday 19 – from 5:00pm to 7:00pm

With the exception of Thursday 17 and Friday 18, all the classes are open to both beginners and less beginners.
