Don’t practice by yourself: ask the help of other capoeiristas who know the technic and can help you. As said in the video, use a “trained” person to help you! Please watch the video until the end since they are some interesting stuff about common mistakes.

上海卡波耶拉巴西战舞特训及升级考试2010年通告

亲爱的朋友们：
我们的卡波耶拉巴西战舞升级考试与Batizado节将在九月份的10号（周五），11号（周六）和12号(周日)举行。

已经确认参加今年活动的贵宾包括：
- 我们的马赛洛大师，卡波耶拉曼丁加的创建者。
- Mestre Espirro Mirim, Cordao de Ouro Tucson
- Contra Mestre Espeto, Capoeira Forca da Arte Osaka
- Contra Mestre Cipó, Capoeira Mandinga Mexico Cuernavaca

活动日程安排：

周五 20:00-22:00，武夷路上的星之健身，特训
周六 11:00-18:00，武夷路上的星之健身，特训及升级考试
周六 20:00之后，在徐家汇的 Latina餐厅，庆祝聚会，（170人民币每人，随意自助餐）

费用：
卡波耶拉曼丁加的学员：人民币1000元，如果在8月31日前付款则优惠为900元
卡波耶拉练习者访客：人民币400元
